Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Exhibit Warehouse & Logistics Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and support trade show and event logistics. This role is responsible for managing exhibit assets, ensuring accurate inventory control, and maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable balancing both office-based coordination and hands-on warehouse support.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all warehouse operations, including incoming and outgoing exhibit properties and materials
Manage overall storage organization and inventory within the Las Vegas warehouse
Maintain accurate knowledge of asset locations and ensure the warehouse remains clean and organized
Coordinate and order materials and supplies as needed
Create and manage crate inventories, inspection reports, and labeling systems
Ensure consistency and quality control across all projects and assets
Support shipping, receiving, and logistics for trade shows and events
Step in to assist with hands-on warehouse tasks when needed (approximately 30–40% of role)
Maintain accurate records using warehouse management and computer systems
Qualifications:
Experience in trade show, exhibit, or event logistics required
Strong organizational and inventory management skills
Computer literacy (experience with inventory systems and basic office software)
Ability to manage multiple projects and stay on task in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work
Demonstrated leadership mindset with the ability to work independently without close supervision
Problem-solving skills, including knowing when to escalate or ask for input
Flexibility to work overtime during peak production periods
Work Environment:
This role is a blend of office and warehouse responsibilities, with approximately 60–70% of time spent on coordination, planning, and administrative tasks, and 30–40% supporting warehouse operations as needed.

Position Overview
We’re looking for a Digital Account Coordinator who enjoys both creative work and operational coordination. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is organized, curious, and excited to work at the intersection of digital media, events, and experiential marketing. This position will be based in our Worcester, MA location.
The Digital Account Coordinator supports the planning, organization, and delivery of digital content for tradeshows, events, and experiential activations. You will manage incoming client files, coordinate with internal teams and AV partners, and help ensure digital content is properly organized, delivered, and installed onsite.
This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to juggle multiple projects, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Take ownership of all administrative tasks aligning with BlueHive’s current process
Working directly with accounting to make sure we have accurate documentation, ie. vendor invoices, purchase orders, collections, final billing reconciliations
Assist the Digital Director in writing proposals and change orders for client approvals
Manage incoming digital assets from clients and confirm they match project work orders
Organize and maintain digital file structures and naming conventions
Upload and distribute content through BlueHive’s digital platforms
Coordinate digital file handoffs with production teams, AV partners, and onsite labor
Flag inconsistencies, missing files, or potential opportunities for additional services
Assist with creating client-facing presentations
Support installation and verification of digital content during onsite activations
Assist with coordination between BlueHive teams and AV partners during events
Travel occasionally (approximately 2–4 weeks per year) to support major digital installations
What We’re Looking For

The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for driving revenue growth through full-cycle sales, from prospecting new business to managing and expanding existing client relationships. At BlueHive Exhibits, this role blends “hunting” for new opportunities with “farming” long-term partnerships.
Relationships are the foundation of our business. Success in this role comes from building strong, mutually beneficial client partnerships that result in a sustainable and rewarding book of business.
Account Executives are given the flexibility to shape their own approach, selecting target industries, developing outreach strategies, and managing their pipeline while leveraging BlueHive’s resources and support systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and quotas
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing and long-term account growth
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
Conduct client needs assessments to understand current programs and identify opportunities for improvement
Present solutions, prepare proposals, and sell BlueHive’s products and services
Provide post-sale support to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction
Oversee client projects, including trade show participation, installations, and on-site execution as needed
Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to protect and enhance the company’s reputation
Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate records of sales activity and client data
Training & Development
This role will work closely with the VP of Sales & Business Development to gain a deep understanding of BlueHive’s offerings, including exhibit design, project management, and production processes.

LIME I&D is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Labor & Shipping Coordinator to join our team. This role reports to the Director of Labor Operations and supports the day-to-day coordination of labor and shipping logistics within the trade show industry.
This position collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams at BlueHive as well as external vendors and partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
This is a salaried position based in Worcester, Massachusetts. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, with occasional after-hours or weekend responsibilities as needed.
Key Qualifications

Responsibilities:
Labor Coordination
Estimating & Job Tracking
Maintain and update all labor jobs (past, current, and upcoming) in the work order system
Track estimate revisions and ensure accurate documentation
Gather required information and complete labor estimates in a timely manner
Pre-Show Planning
Manage purchase orders and communicate updates with external partners
Track and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
Coordinate distribution of show materials (show books, apparel, etc.)
Prepare and distribute pre-show documentation using Excel and email templates
Communicate labor requirements and field requests with partners
Maintain organized job files with up-to-date documentation
Manage and update scheduling calendars for jobs and travel
On-Site & Post-Show
Compile and distribute show-ready photos to internal teams
Collect and archive dismantle documentation, including freight photos and bills of lading (BOLs)
Billing & Reconciliation
Review and manage time tickets from external partners
Track and approve field expenses according to job codes
Perform expense reconciliations against job budgets
Investigate and track damage claims with internal teams and vendors
Office Support
Maintain apparel inventory for Worcester and Las Vegas locations
Coordinate ordering and inventory organization as needed
Shipping & Logistics
Source, book, and manage domestic and international shipments (ground, air, and ocean), excluding FedEx and UPS
Provide accurate shipping estimates within 24 hours (or sooner when required)
Coordinate shipments with warehouse teams in Worcester and Las Vegas
Build and maintain strong relationships with transportation partners
Review and approve freight invoices (excluding FedEx and UPS)
Communicate logistics updates (e.g., fuel surcharges, weather impacts) to internal teams and clients
Recommend cost-effective routing and transportation strategies
Monitor carrier performance and suggest process improvements
Maintain internal logistics policies to ensure efficiency and profitability
Event Services
Gather and file show service kits to include: order forms, floor plans, exhibit rules and regulations
Generate service budget sheets based on client needs dictated by AM
Facilitate service order submissions and filing confirmations
Work with Lime to coordinate all labor arrangements and logistics
Complete show books and overviews for both client and Lime/labor
Facilitating shipment of show books and other labor items as needed
Complete post-show reconciliations including credit card statements
Create reference documents for labor rules/jurisdictions within each city/venue
